While attending Bible college, he became the youth pastor of his home church, and married his high school sweetheart, Jan, now his wife of 23 years. Greg has served the Lord and ministered to the communities in Northwest Indiana for over 20 years, becoming a senior pastor, and most re @Hcently, pastor of a new ministry, New Hope Bible Baptist Fellowship, in Shelby. Those close to Greg know that it was never an option to give in to the disease. We have been amazed by the health and strength God has given Greg to lead a normal life, and have been inspired by his tenacity. Both his longevity and his zeal have given testimony to God @HN  @O&s blessing and healing in his life. His life is a model of how to trust our Sovereign God, and is proof of the peace, grace and strength God offers. He has been able to share with many the fact that God works all things for our good, and has given God the glory for all He has done, joyfully @H sharing God @HN  @Hs goodness with others. @dPAlnADPBrkACSEndsB ZmPBTwA@D @H$Over the last year and one-half Greg @HN  @Hks health has declined. While he is still able to pastor full-time, the state of his health has placed limi @H&tations on his life, and now threatens @H- his life. There were some concerns about liver enzyme levels, and he is scheduled to see a liver specialist in the near future. At present he is not experiencing any flare-ups, and is just trying to stay in optimum health., keeping his weight and energy up. One of the requirements to be listed was to immHHediately have all necessary dental work done to avoid any chance of infection. Antibiotics have done quite a bit of damage to his teeth, so this resulted in his getting a number of teeth pulled in a short period of time.
